Abstract

There are investigational applicability of two different profilometrical methods for the investigation of the pitting damages on the surface of stainless steel. In the non-contact profilometrical method for 3D-modelling an optical profilometer MikroCAD compact with OdsCAD 4.0 software was used. Contact profilometry was carried out with a needle profilometer LV-50E from HOMMELWERKE Company
