Abstract

We describe and analyze methods for determining the surface tension of liquids within their section of the gas ( air) measured by the maximum bubble pressure in M. Cantor, G. Festel, E. Schrödinger, S. Sugden, J. Dugne, R. Bendure, for using polynomial approximation dependencies, as well as a simplified method without gas meniscus curvature at the time of maximum pressure in it. The proposed methodology for assessing the methodological errors of all of these methods of determining the surface tension of liquids. The results of calculating the methodological errors of the method of determining the surface tension for a real range of its possible values, and the method of adjusting the results of determination of surface tension of liquids in order to improve their accuracy.
