The analysis of methods and characteristic features of devices is resulted for measuring of surface-tension of liquids with the use of vertical cylinder, plate, ball, cone and ring. Basic attention is spared possibility of measuring with fixing of positions of the indicated bodies above the surface of the probed liquid and under reaching maximal efforts at their drawing out in the process of research of one-component liquids and solutions of superficially-active matters
