THE STEAM-DROP HEATER IMPROVEMENT FOR THE SYSTEM OF ROOMS AND CONSTRUCTIONS HEATING

The relevance of work is conditioned by the necessity of creating energy-efficient heating systems in the conditions of rapid increase of energy prices. The analysis of well-known heating systems of premises and buildings with an indication of their advantages and disadvantages is carried out. The choice of the heating system using steam-dustable heaters as the most energy-efficient from existing heating systems is substantiated. The main formulas are given and the optimal parameters of the steam-collector heater are calculated for energy efficiency improvement of the heating system. The construction of an advanced steam-dip heater is described. The edge profile has been selected in order to create powerful convective flows around the heat pipe and maximize the heat output of the radiation. The work of the advanced steam-dip heater is investigated. For research, mathematical analysis and field modeling are used. The comparative studies of energy efficiency of the proposed improved steam evaporator and oil electric heater have been carried out and it has been verified that the energy efficiency of the heater on the heat pipes is higher than the energy efficiency of the oil heater.
