USING RECTANGULAR ORTHOGONAL FUNCTIONS FOR THE TECHNICAL EVALUATION OF INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES

The article considers the justification of the application of rectangular orthogonal functions for the identification of technical conditions of industrial objects. The current state of the practical application problem of rectangular orthogonal functions in the analysis of random variables was analyzed. A software package for the decomposition of a random variable in the spectrum functions in the Rademacher, Haar and Walsh bases was developed. The results of the software package operation for the analysis of the parameters of gas compressor units were received and analyzed. The conclusion about the possibility of applying these results to obtain further information about the technical condition of the object was made.
